Dispatch & Operations
Your connection to our home base is through our team of over 60 Driver Managers and dispatch specialists. Each one of
these professionals is an experienced, highly trained individual who is committed to understanding your driving style and
who knows your name and needs, as well as sharing your daily driving challenges.
Vacation & Home Time
Although our drivers all enjoy their time on the road, we understand that they also value quality time at home. At NFI, we
work very hard to make sure that you don’t just get home. Our aim is to get you home in a time frame and mindset that
allows you to enjoy time away from your truck.
Our home time policies vary from run-to-run, but whatever your choice, we’ll make sure that you have ample time to re-
charge your batteries before heading back out on the road.
Drivers with at least 6 months experience or Military Drivers with a proper DD214 may qualify for our Transitional Driver
