Driver Referral Program

Bay & Bay encourages our company drivers and owner operators to
refer other drivers to the company. We are pleased to offer the
following driver referrals:

• $1,000 for referrals ($500 payable upon completion of new driver
orientation, $500 payable when referred driver has completed 90
days)

• Refer two drivers and receive the bonuses listed above plus a
custom Bay & Bay jacket

*Primary freight routes are Midwest to the Northeast and Southeast.

*Tractor average age is 2.5 years old.

• National Solo (7-14 days out)

• Owner Operator (7-14 days out)

Pay Scale
Quarterly bonus of .02 cpm for all miles over 30000 miles and
.03 cpm for all miles over 36000 miles.

Retention bonus program (Rosemount division) .01 cpm per
dispatched mile from 6/1/10 to 7/15/11 paid in one lump sum
no later than 7/15/11.

Experience

Pay for all dispatched miles

0-2 years - $.32 per mile

2-8 years - $.34 per mile

8+ years - $.35 per mile
Our company OTR drivers have 7-14 days out with primary routes from the Midwest to the
Northeast, and South to the Carolinas.

DRIVER PAY

• Paid by PC Miler PRACTICAL MILES
• Longevity bonus: $.01 per mile increase, per year, up to $.40/mile
• Additional $.05 per loaded mile on pad wrap & rolling stock loads
• Mileage bonuses paid on calendar quarter; $.02 per mile over 30,000 miles in a quarter;
$.03 per mile over 36,000 miles in a quarter
• $30 for extra stops & drops (excluding first & last)
• $50 Boroughs pay in New York City

DRIVER BENEFITS

• Health/Life/Vision/Dental available after 30 days

DRIVER REFERRAL PROGRAM

Felony Convictions
Criminal qualification clarification – No violent
or Sexual felonies ever! All other cases will be
reviewed on a case by case basis with the age of
the offender at the time of the case being
strongly looked at ( i.e. a 20 year old kid making a
mistake (i.e. Shoplifting) vs. a 40 year old making
the same mistake). One of those offenders might
be beyond rehabilitation.
Misdemeanors
Generally over 5 years. Reviewed on a CBC (case
by case) basis.
