GOOD Miles OTR avg 2700-3200 miles per week
Min age 22. Rec grad w/in 90 days, teams must be related. Less than 6 mos exp must run OTR. Driver who starts OTR has to stay in the job 6 mos
before being able to transfer to regional.

Home Time Policies  

7-10 days out. 1 day off for every 7 out

PAY SCALES

6mos Exp  .30 cpm          12mos Exp  .34 cpm       2yrs Exp  .35          3yrs Exp  .36

Owner Operator  .91 cpm all miles

HAZMAT:  drivers with hazmat paid 3cpm extrs for hazmat loads. And USA will pay for them to get. USA does not require drivers to get Hazmat, but if they
do, USA will pay for them to get it and pay them an extra .03 cpm per mile on all Hazmat loads.

No sign on bonuses for regionals.

Recruiting Requirements  Min age 22. Will allow 2 accidents and one ticket in 3 yrs. OR one accident and two tickets in three years.

Owner Operator Program  No forced dispatch, recommend 7-10 days out. 91cpm all miles. Plates, permits paid by USA. 10 years or newer tractor. Will
look at older if in good shape. .65 cpm fuel reimbursment to come orientation, only held for O/O's in Van Buren AR.
